Dr. Omotola the Great is passionate about entrepreneurship education, social work education, nonprofit development & management,. She's a social impact strategist that specializes in nonprofit funding, a grant writer, and a personal development trainer. She has secured over $1.3 million dollars for nonprofit organizations across the world.

She holds a Ph.D. in Social Work, Two Master Degrees in Education Psychology & Social Work specializing in Social Enterprise Development & Management, a bachelor’s in social work with a double minor in leadership studies and psychology from Columbia College.

She has a certificate in Leadership Development & Training from Columbia College, a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, two certificates in Sustainable Business Strategy & Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Online Business School, two certificates in Grant Writing from GrantWriting & Funding.

Dr. Omotola is a Social Work Professor teaching Interviewing & Counseling Skills, Intro to Social Work, Senior Seminar at University in Minnesota.

Dr. Omotola is also an analyst with The Good Morning Education Show, a John Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer, Speaker & DISC Specialist. She has been featured on Forbes, UNICEF, GrantWriting & Funding Podcast and has won local, national, and international awards for her work in the social impact sector.

She is a highly sought-after international speaker and trainer, she has guest lectured at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Columbia College, Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, Ohio University.

She has won numerous awards and fellowship, some of which include being a congressional fellow, StartingBloc Fellow, Social Innovation Fellow, 30 under 30 Award, and Watson Scholar.

Dr. Omotola is the Lead Consultant at The Funding Magnet LLC which was established in 2020.
